Design fleamarket

Just a very short review, as self promotional work keeps me busy these days. The fleamarket calls itself "50s - 70s design market", but mostly it´s 60s and 70s stuff. Lots of orange going on. Among the 50s pieces you can find lots of coffee cups, lamp shades and earrings. I had the chance to try on a few 40s and 50s pumps which were all lovely but either to small or way to big. And, as most of the sellers hope for the hip middle and upper class, the prices sometimes are ridiculously high. It was my third visit there, but I´m not sure if I´ll go again next time.
Nonetheless I went home as a happy girl (that spent way to much money considering what she got).

A dress clip. Gave me a little Gollum-moment.

Is it summer yet?

"Angry kitty" pocket mirror.

I also made a little bargain on eBay the same night. More on that as soon as it arrives.

Cleaning out my closet

As my vintage wardrobe is growing I feel like it´s time to give away some pieces that either don´t fit as good as similar pieces, were shopping fails or that didn´t get any wear for whatever reason. So I´m selling them over at my dawanda shop. If you like something and live somewhere in the EU, don´t hesitate to ask me out or to buy it, I´m young and I need the money ;). Here´s just some of the pieces I´m selling right now that might be interesting for you.

Oldtimer City Frankfurt

I totally forgot to show you the pictures I took in Frankfurt last month. They have an open air classic car show every year where cars are being parked all around the high streets. Most people come for the opportunity to do sunday shopping, though. I took the chance to do some more photographing as I was a bit lazy the last few months. The thing is that I´m extremely focused on details. Chrome, mirrors, type, lines. I took nearly no pictures of whole cars and I apologise for that. But maybe the one or the other enjoys wheels and lights :)
